 Manager Reset DOS Version 1.93 This utility is used to prepare ProCARE for a new Manager/Owner of a Rest Home. It is run after the final Rollover and all reports have been taken.
Note: Still included in the database and "sensitive detail" clearance options are ProCARE Wages options. As ProCARE Wages has been discontinued, these settings will have no effect on ProCARE or any alternative wages package that you are now using. Creditor Pointers ResetThis utility corrects duplicate pointers in the Creditors and re-establishes the links to the Archive files. Duplicate pointers can exist if a database has pointers of high numeric value, then migrates from ProCARE Series 100 to the Series 200 version. The utility is of interest mainly to Homes who converted from Series 100 to Series 200 in 1995, although it can used by any Home to reset the pointers and archive links.

Close your browser and run the INSTALL program. All this program will do is unpack the actual SETUP program ready for use and produce an additional SETUP icon on your Desktop. Now run the SETUP program from that icon. Recommendation: During SETUP, leave the all default destinations and settings exactly as they are. Then there will then be no need to tinker around with .INI files in order to run application programs. The icons can be deleted from the Desktop when no longer required.

Dbase File Reader - a useful freeby.Enables you to actually read and modify the ProCARE dBase files without having to start the ProCARE program. You can look into your files directly from your desktop.
